BEHIND THE LENS

 

In fall of 2008, when I was just 8 years old, I was diagnosed with a hair loss disease termed alopecia. To get my mind off the situation my parents introduced me to many different extracurricular activities most of which were sports. We would also take day trips surrounding cities and beaches.

One day while sitting on the beach I took my moms cell phone and started taking pictures of birds fighting over some food left on the beach. That day is when I discovered my true passion of taking photos.

I currently attend business school in Philadelphia, PA. Philadelphia is now where I feel most at home.
